Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission Deadline

15th October 2025

  1. Abstract length: less than 300 words
  2. Abstracts should contain a summary of the entire study in one paragraph by briefly giving the introduction, problem statement, objective, method, and results of the study.
  3. A maximum of 4–5 keywords is to be identified from the abstract/paper (general terms/words [e.g., education] are to be avoided unless the term/word is substantially defined and discussed as a subject matter in the content).
  4. Structured abstract for GHEF 2025
    1. Title: The title of your abstract should be brief and informative, highlighting the main focus of your research.
    2. Background: Provide a brief overview of the problem or issue that your research addresses. Include the context of the research and the significance of the problem or issue. (50 words)
    3. Objective: Clearly state the research question or hypothesis that your study aims to answer. (50 words)
    4. Methods: Describe the methods used in your study, including the study design, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. (75 words)
    5. Results: Present the findings of your study in a concise manner, including any statistical analyses, graphs, or tables that support your results. (100 words)
    6. Conclusion: Summarize the main conclusions drawn from your research and discuss the implications of your findings. Include any limitations of your study and suggestions for future research. (25 words)
    7. Keywords: Provide a list of keywords that accurately reflect the content of your abstract. (5 keywords)
