Registration Policy
- Payee shall bear all charges incurred by the bank for payment made via credit card.
- No refunds will be provided for the conference fee if participants choose to cancel their registration.
- The registration will only be considered confirmed upon the full receipt of payment. Payment receipt will be issued after completion of payment.
- Please note that a “No Show” is liable for the full registration fee. No refund is provided if the participant fails to attend.
- The above conference fee is valid for one (1) person only and inclusive of admission to the conference hall and networking area.
- For registration that will be done with immediate payment via online payment gateways (credit card/debit card/E-wallet), you can choose “Pay Now (Online)” option.
- For registration that will be done with payment settlement done later via online payment gateways (credit card/debit card/E-wallet), you can choose “Pay Later (Online)” option.
- For registration that will be done with offline payment settlement ((Local Order (L.O.) / Purchase Order (P.O.) / Q Form/ Cheque / Bank Draft / Postal Order), you can choose “Pay Later (Others)” option.
